Trip Itineraries

Day: 01 – Coimbatore (Arrival) to Ooty

Arrival at Coimbatore then drive to proceeds to Ooty.

  • Botanical Garden 

 ( Entry fee 30 for adult & 15 for child – Visiting time.7am to 6:30pm)

  • Rose Garden

 It contains different varieties of roses and it’s a mesmerizing view

  • Wax Museum 

 It contains wonderful statues of freedom fighters and replicas of social figures and also represents the Indian culture.(Entry fee. 20 per person – Visiting time 9am to 8pm)

  • Evening visit do a bit of shopping.

Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day: 02 – Ooty

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Ooty sightseeing.

  • Doddadetta Peak 

 The highest peak in Tamilnadu and its offer beautiful vistas of Nilgiri hill range.(Entry fee 6 per person – Visiting time.7am to 6pm)

  • Glenmorgan 

 This is a scenic countryside in Ooty. The place which is most popular for its tea estates

Day: 03 – Ooty to Kodaikanal

Morning after breakfast Proceed to Kodaikanal. 

  • Star Lake 

 Boating is available here. (Visiting time 6am to 5pm)

  • Shanbaganur Museum 

 The museum is one of the best orchidoriums in the country. Visiting time 10am to 11:30am and 3pm to 5pm.Entry fee 2/- for per person.

  • Dolphins Nose 

 The hill station of Kodaikanal located in the Palani hill range of Tamilnadu.Presents its tourist with refreshing break from the monotony and pressure of day to day life.(Visiting time 6am to 5pm.)

  • Pillar Rocks 

Pillar rocks constituters of three granite boulders and each of heights of 400 feet standing shoulder to shoulder. It also makes for an interesting picnic spot. The chamber between the two pillars is called “Devils Kitchen”.

Day: 04 – Kodaikanal

Morning after breakfasts proceed to Kodaikanal sightseeing.

Day: 05 – Kodaikanal to Madurai

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Madurai. Check–in at hotel and then drive to Madurai sightseeing.

The historic Meenakshi Amman temple is located on the southern bank of the Vaigai River

  • Koodal Azhagar Temple

Visiting time 5.30am to 12pm & 4pm to 9pm. 

  • Thirumalai Nayak Palace 

Visiting time.9am to 5pm.

  • Gandhi Museum

The Gandhi Memorial Museum serves as a remembrance and tribute to the efforts of our very own father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Visiting time 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm,closedon Friday.

  • Alagar Koil

It is situated in the Alagar hills and is also known as Azhagarkovil. The statue of the lord is made entirely of stone and is a splendid masterpiece created from kallalgar.

Overnight stay at Madurai.

Day: 06 – Madurai to Rameswaram

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Rameswaram. 

  • Ramanathaswamy Temple.

Visiting time 6.30am to 12.30 and 4.30pm to 9pm.

  • Kalam National Memorial

Overnight stay at Rameswaram.

Day: 07 – Rameswaram to Kanyakumari

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Kanyakumari – The southern tip of Indian sub continent. 

• Vivekananda Rock Memorial

 Located on a small island of Kanyakumari. It has the picturesque Indian Ocean in its backdrop. It is situated on one of the two adjacent rocks projecting out of the Lakshadweep. Visiting time 8am – 4pm.Entry fee 10/- per person, 10/- for still camera &50/- for video camera.34/- per head for ferry service and 20/- for additional to see the memorial.

Day: 08 – Kanyakumari to Kovalam

After breakfast Proceed to Kovalam- Kovalam is internationally renowned beach has been favourite haunt of tourists. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent beaches they are, Light house beach, Hawa beach and Samudra beach.

  • Visit beautiful sunset in the evening.

Day: 09 – Kovalam to Trivandrum to Kovalam

Morning after breakfast proceeds to tour of Trivandrum.

  • Padmanabha swami temple 

The temple located inside the east fort. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Temple is blend of the Kerala and Dravidian style of architecture. It is known for its mural paintings and stone carving. (Dress code-Dothy for men and Saree for women)

  • Napier Museum 

 (Entry fee- 20 per person-Visiting time-10am to 5pm except Monday and Wednesday)

Day: 10 – Kovalam to Trivandrum (tour ends)
